Famdwel is built to keep your home search private — to you and the people you choose to share it with. These are the principles we hold to.

• We never sell your personal information.
• We do not scrape or copy listing sites — your device loads them directly.
• No third-party ads or advertising trackers today.
• We collect app diagnostics from your device (feature usage, screen-layout and error events — never your notes, comments, or the listings you view) to keep Famdwel working well. Diagnostics are automatically deleted after a short rolling period (currently 24 hours), visible only to Famdwel, and never sold or shared in identifiable form.
• Your household's content stays private to your household.
